November 2026 · partial: November through day 2: €6.87 of interest received
Through 2 November, €6.87 of interest had arrived.
The first days already include the loan fee
The €9.49 of fees shown exceed the €6.87 of interest received in this period. After also subtracting withholding taxes, the calculation for those payments is -€2.97. This is a subtraction for the partial period, not the portfolio’s total result or a forecast for the month.
Cash moved from €69.14 to €182.73 while €116.55 of principal returned. That returned capital remains outside the interest total. I keep the rounded categories and displayed closing balance without adjusting items to force them to match.

October 2026: €307.33 of interest and a €150 withdrawal
October closes with €307.33 of interest and a €150.00 withdrawal.
A complete month with a withdrawal and new allocations
The period now covers 1 to 31 October and replaces the earlier partial cut. After the €9.30 of fees shown and withholding taxes, interest leaves €282.68. That subtraction does not include changes in investment values or the final tax adjustment.
ETF payments total €300.00 and crypto payments €40.00, while €200.00 returned from Smart Cash to cash. These are transfers between products, distinct from the €150.00 bank withdrawal. Principal returned was €3,722.59; keeping it separate makes it possible to track payments without counting it as interest.

September 2026: A withdrawal, ETFs and Smart Cash
September combined a bank withdrawal of 300.00 €, a payment of 50.00 € to the ETF portfolio and 415.00 € transferred into Smart Cash.
Three money destinations in the same month
Each move has a different destination. Adding the three as money out of Mintos would count as external outflow the capital that remained in other products of the platform.
Interest fell € 2.24 compared to August and fees went down € 0.25; after the costs shown remained € 239.79. The € 103.22 closing is effective from the extract, not the Smart Cash balance or the ETF valuation. To know how each part of the account ended, you need to consult those products separately.

August 2026: €50 into the ETF portfolio and August’s payments received
The August statement records 50.00 € in payments to the ETF portfolio.
The first payment to ETF of this tranche needs its own measure
That amount indicates a capital allocation, not its return. To track the investment, it takes units, valuation and costs; the loan interest of the same month does not describe how the ETF portfolio went.
They also arrived at 0.36 € interest on real estate assets and 0.02 € withholding was recorded in that category. Total interest exceeded July interest in 3.25 €, while fees increased 0.31 €. The breakdown allows to retain those small sources along with loans without attributing the whole change to a single investment.

July 2026: Income and costs, with no contributions or withdrawals
July shows no deposits or withdrawals to a bank account, and interest fell by 33.28 € compared with June.
A month without external movements can also vary
The absence of external inflows and outflows this month does not make constant revenue: payments also depend on payments and portfolio maturities. The summary does not allow attributing the difference to a single cause.
The fees went down 0.38 € and the revenue after the costs shown remained at 238.98 €. The final cash was 137.07 €, after receiving 2,767.49 € from principal. That returning capital helps to track the movement of the account, but must be out of the sum of interest.

June 2026: €100 in real estate assets: what happened in June
June records 100.00 € allocated to real estate and 250.00 € withdrawn from Mintos.
A new assignment coexists with withdrawal
The first move retains money within the platform in another investment; the second leaves it. Keeping them separate allows you to follow two different decisions and avoid treating the real estate purchase as a commission.
Interests recovered 78.58 € compared to May and reached 295.01 €. That does not credit a result of the new real estate position: to attribute revenues to that product you have to look at its category and its dates. The initial allocation shows how much money was directed there; its valuation and subsequent payments need a follow-up of their own.

May 2026: Interest fell to €216.43
Interest fell by 67.74 € compared with April, to 216.43 €.
The fall of May is in the payments, not in a commission rise
Fees also dropped € 0.18, so the revenue reduction is not explained by an increase in that category. After the costs shown were € 195.77, compared to € 260.25 the previous month.
The 0.07 € interest on late payments were a small part of the payments. Its amount does not allow to measure the capital that remained in arrears. To investigate the fall you would have to review the payment schedule, the maturity and the delays of the positions; the monthly total shows the change, but does not prove its cause.

April 2026: I withdrew €300 without contributing more capital
April included a withdrawal of 300.00 €, 284.17 € in interest and 260.25 € after the costs shown.
Withdraw money while payments continue to arrive
The withdrawal exceeds that last figure, but the cash also received 3,754.95 € principal. The summary does not identify which euros financed the exit to the bank and does not allow to describe it entirely as income of the month.
Interest on late payments added up to 6.16 €. To interpret that income I am interested in retaining when it was charged, without using it as proof that the delays were over. A portfolio may receive some payments and keep others pending; knowing the April situation would require the positions of that closure.

March 2026: Payments received barely changed, but fees did
March brought 0.41 € more in interest than February: a small change beside the month’s total of 272.58 €.
Nearly equal interests, with less commission
Fees went down 0.96 €, from 10.10 € to 9.14 €. Therefore the cost subtraction went from 248.58 € to 249.87 €, an improvement that does not just come from interest increases.
The withdrawal was 120.42 €, and the cash closed at 106.80 €, above the initial 1.79 €. The balance collects the entire journey of inputs, reinvestments and departures. It is not enough to subtract the withdrawal of interest to rebuild it; the detail also retains the 4,046.52 € of principal returned.
View categories for March 2026
February 2026: A €100 withdrawal and the month’s costs
February’s fees were 10.10 €, compared with 9.61 € in January, while interest fell by 17.23 €.
February shows the highest cost of the first two months
Both variations reduce what is left after the costs shown, which ended at 248.58 €. The comparison separates the change in the charges from the change in fee; it does not yet identify how each charge was calculated.
After a withdrawal of 100.00 €, the cash from the extract closed at 1.79 €. That reduced balance does not describe the full value of my investments nor does it guarantee how much I could withdraw immediately. To follow the liquidity I also need to look at the invested positions, the outstanding amounts and the return times.

January 2026: 2026 starts with a €130 withdrawal
The year began with a withdrawal of 130.00 € and 289.40 € in interest, 29.51 € less than in December.
Withdrawal and final cash count different things
The subtraction after costs shown was 265.89 €. Compare that subtraction with the withdrawal serves to track amounts, but does not prove that the money withdrawn came only from the January interest.
The cash went from 161.37 € to 40.78 €. To understand that decrease you also have to look at the principal payments and the investments of the month. A withdrawal is not by itself a loss of the portfolio: it changes where the money is. Its effect on the total result requires to check which positions remained and how much they were worth.

December 2025: €318.91 in interest in the last month of 2025
December ended with 318.91 € in interest and 294.22 € remaining after the costs shown.
Closing the year does not mean knowing the annual profitability
In addition they returned 6,506.49 € principal for repurchases, within 8,319.38 € principal returned. These movements have different sizes and it is advisable to keep their labels at the end of the year.
Adding the twelve months allows you to know the payments of 2025, but calculating an annual return needs more: starting capital, contributions with their dates, withdrawals, final valuation and losses. The journal still does not gather all that information. On the results page I maintain the amounts of movements as such, without presenting them as an annual rate.
View categories for December 2025
November 2025: What remains of €293.43 in interest
November brought 8,112.04 € in principal repayments, compared with 293.43 € in interest.
The capital that returns can be much greater than the income
Among that principal there are 6,217.63 € repurchases. The volume of money circulating through the cash is therefore much higher than the revenue collected; adding it as profit would inflate the result.
The interest on repurchases was 44.03 € and the interest on late payments was 9.79 €. It is useful to look at those sources alongside the ordinary interest to understand the payments. The return on capital allows to follow new investments or withdrawals, but valuing the portfolio at closing still requires its positions and the funds that remained outstanding.

October 2025: A €200 withdrawal and October’s payments received
October’s interest was 4.17 € higher than September’s, while fees rose by 2.50 €.
A small gross rise left a minor change after costs
The subtraction after withholdings and fees went from 258.37 € to 259.70 €. This shows why the change in gross charges does not coincide with the change in revenue after those costs.
The withdrawal of 200.00 € is a move out of Mintos. The extract does not assign that money exclusively to interest: the cash also receives returned capital and other movements. To check the full withdrawal it is necessary to link it to the bank income, without deducting its origin only because there are interest during the same month.

September 2025: The jump to €278.80 in interest
Interest rose by 102.83 € compared with August, reaching 278.80 €.
The September jump needs to follow the capital of August
September did not have new deposits; August did include an important contribution. The sequence helps to ask what to review, but does not show that the entire increase comes from that contribution. The dates and positions would allow to separate its effect from the collection calendar.
There was 2.80 interest interest on late payments and other 232.17 € withdrawal of Notes from a strategy. Each category counts a different fact. The first records revenue collected; the second, an investment movement that needs its own detail. Mixing them with a bank withdrawal or with total profitability would make it more difficult to understand the month.

August 2025: I contributed €10,000 and received less interest than in July
August combined a deposit of 10,000.00 € with a 19.53 € fall in interest compared with July.
I brought more and that same month I charged less
It is a concrete example of why a contribution does not necessarily produce more charges immediately. Without the entry and investment dates I cannot know how long the new capital was working or attribute the result of August.
They also appear 7,629.01 € under «Notes withdrawal from a Mintos strategy». That label needs to review the movement of the strategy and does not add to the withdrawals to the bank. Distinguishing it avoids counting an internal reorganization as money recovered off the platform. This month's reading focuses on those two changes of capital, in addition to the interests.
View categories for August 2025
July 2025: I received less interest than in June
July’s receipts fell by 19.22 € from June, to 195.50 €.
A drop in interest does not explain its cause alone
There were no contributions or withdrawals to the bank. That excludes those external movements within the month, but there are other possible differences to be reviewed: maturities, payment dates, distribution of capital and delays. The aggregate summary does not identify which explains the decrease.
The fees changed little: they were 5.54 €, compared to 5.56 € the previous month. After the costs shown remained 180.23 €. In this case, looking only at the fee would not explain the decrease of the revenues. The comparison needs to follow the payments and the composition of the investment separately.

June 2025: Interest kept growing in June
June brought 214.72 € in interest, 27.07 € more than May, with no external deposits or withdrawals during the period.
Revenues grew without new contributions this month
It is a data on the calendar of payments of the existing portfolio. It does not allow to conclude that the same amount will be repeated each month nor that the profitability of the capital has increased.
Of the revenues, 21.06 € arrived for repurchases and 0.82 € for late payments. Keeping this breakdown helps to see that the payments do not all arrive by the same route. The repurchases recorded show transactions carried out; their presence this month does not guarantee that any entity can buy back in the future. The risks of each position remain part of the tracking.
View categories for June 2025
May 2025: €187.65 in interest and its costs
The statement’s cash balance ended May at 2.94 €, despite 187.65 € in interest and 2,921.35 € in principal repayments.
A closure with little cash needs context
These figures describe movements and a final balance, not a loss equivalent to the money collected. The cash can be reinvested during the month; the detail of categories allows to follow that path.
Interest was 14.10 € higher than April, while fees also grew 0.67 €. The subtraction after costs shown was 173.06 €. To decide how much money would have been available to take out on a given day, monthly closure is not enough: the available balance and liquidity conditions of the positions are needed.
View categories for May 2025
April 2025: Where April’s interest came from
April shows no new money coming in from outside Mintos.
The increase in charges also brought more fees
Interest rose 54.64 € compared to March and fees increased 3.03 €, up to 4.54 €. Looking at both differences explains better the income of the month than staying alone with the growth of interest. It does not prove that the portfolio will yield more for each euro invested.
The 0.49 € interest on late payments credit a payment during April. They do not say how many loans were still delayed at the end of the month. That distinction matters: a timely recovery can improve the revenues without resolving the whole situation of the outstanding amounts. The evolution of the delays needs the positions of those dates.

March 2025: Another €10,000 to keep increasing the capital
The 10,000.00 € deposited in March change the capital base to track in the following months.
Another Big Contribution Changes Comparison
Interest increased 52.04 € regarding February, up to 118.91 €. Both facts coincide in the same summary, but the investment dates are missing to know how much the new money contributed to those payments.
After the withholdings and fees shown were left 111.46 €. That subtraction helps track the March revenue; comparing it directly with the deposit would ignore the money already invested. To evaluate this contribution over time I need your date, exposed capital and subsequent results, including possible defaults.
View categories for March 2025
February 2025: A month without adding more: February’s payments received
February shows no deposits or withdrawals to a bank account.
More charges for one month without deposits
The interest exceeded those of January at 32.86 €, but the extract does not allow to attribute that increase to an improvement of the interest rate: it also changes the payment dates and the time that the previous capital has been invested. The useful comparison here is between two-month payments, without turning it into a rate.
Smart Cash contributed 2.31 € of interest and showed 0.15 € of commission. That small part has its own categories and it is appropriate to keep it in order not to attribute all the revenues to the loans. The rest of the tracking is in the 1,056.79 € of returned capital and the final cash of 41.56 €; that cash is only part of the account.

January 2025: Another €8,000 in the account to seek extra income
January included a deposit of 8,000.00 € and 34.01 € in interest.
Bringing capital and collecting interest have different times
Splitting those charges between the deposit would give a misleading impression: the monthly summary does not indicate on which days the money entered or how long it was invested. In addition, the account already had activity before January that still needs to be rebuilt. This is the beginning of the revised journal, not the beginning of my investment.
The charges and subscriptions for Smart Cash were 5,000.00 € and 5,000.00 €. They are offset in the cash summary of the month, although they could occur on different days. Adding them as new contributions would double money that was moved within Mintos. Following this month, I separate the external deposit, those internal movements and the principal 520.28 that returned.
