Creditplan maintains its own identity and participates in the Mintos affiliate program; the collaboration is remunerated. my story and how I prepare the information.
Where do the numbers come from on the web?
From my account’s general overview, loans and overdue sections and EUR Transaction summaries. The reviewed record contains 23 periods, from January 2025 through 2 November 2026. Originals are private; I publish aggregate amounts, periods and limitations. The methodology Explains every source.
Are the results updated in real time?
No. The account snapshot relates to its observation date, and each monthly report to its period. The website needs a review to incorporate a new snapshot. October 2026 is complete and the latest period, November 2026, runs through 2 November 2026. Partial periods are identified in the diary. Statements before 2025 still need reviewing. Read the figures
What is the difference between available funds and cash in portfolio?
The funds available are in Mintos’ general balance to assign them to investments or request a withdrawal from the bank. Portfolio cash is already allocated to an automated portfolio and expects investment according to their adjustments. Custom Loans portfolios share their cash and distribute it according to priorities. See the concepts and the official explanation.
Are "Invested" and "Return" the same?
No. "Invested" describes the capital placed in investments; "return" describes the result shown by the platform. If a percentage appears, its period and method of calculation matters. The capital invested also does not equal the money available to withdraw. the portfolio guide and the Glossary of Mintos.
Is the main one coming back to account a profit?
It is a refund of your capital. If you receive principal 100 € and interest 2 €, the 102 € increase the cash, but only 2 € correspond to interest before costs. In the balance sheets I separate both concepts. How to read the results explains that distinction.
Are interest less fees the total benefit?
No. This subtraction follows the interest collected after the identified fees and the withholdings shown. The total result also needs losses, value changes and other movements. The withholdings are not the final tax. calculation method specifies which categories are included.
Why can the abstract and extract show different balances?
They may correspond to different views or moments and it is appropriate to check what each balance represents. In my query on October 7 of 2026, the general summary showed 66.24 € available and the summary of transactions closed with 102.87 €. The exact cause remains to be clarified. list of limits Keep that discrepancy.

Pause the investment closes the positions I already have?
Pause Core Loans stops new investments. Existing positions are on course; pause does not turn them into cash. Also review investment plans and periodic transfers, because they are separate adjustments. portfolio guide explains the action and links Mintos' conditions.
Is a recurring payment and an investment plan the same?
A recurring transfer from the bank brings money to Mintos. An investment plan programs the allocation of funds available to a portfolio or product. They are two different steps and need to be coordinated if you want to contribute periodically. contribution guide shows an example and official sources.
What if my plan doesn't have enough balance?
For automated portfolio plans, Mintos indicates that it will attempt the assignment again during the day. If it is not completed, the plan remains active and retry in the next scheduled interval. Core Loans and Custom Loans daily plans can be configured to assign a partial amount up to the chosen limit. Check your settings and the conditions of the plan.

Do outstanding payments, arrears and arrears mean the same thing?

The arrears describe payments of the unprocessed entity within seven days of the due date. The arrears refer to the borrower's calendar. outstanding payments and Fund arrears in official aid in English.
Does a recovery estimate guarantee I'll collect?
No. The percentage and time frame shown by Mintos describe an estimate of a case on that date. The amount finally recovered and its calendar may vary. my delays maintain the status shown and its date of consultation; Official aid explains the processes.
Does investor protection cover a loss of investment?
The scheme described by Mintos covers certain obligations that the platform cannot repay, up to the limit and under the conditions of the system. It does not cover investment risk, such as losses by price, yield or liquidity. It should not be confused with guaranteeing capital. the risk guide and the official scope of protection.
How do I declare Mintos in Spain?
The tax guide explains the annual report, gross interest, foreign withholding and double taxation relief, with references for the 2025 Spanish tax return.
Does the calculator show what I'm going to collect?
