WHAT IS IMMEDIATE / MY ACCOUNT IN MINTOS
What I'm investing in.
My Mintos account.
Loans are working very well for me, although I am somewhat concerned about the delays. Alongside them are Smart Cash, ETFs, real estate and crypto, with much smaller amounts. This is the breakdown of my account on 2 November 2026.
ETFs, real estate and crypto
These positions have much smaller amounts and shorter histories than the loans. The table brings together the money allocated to each one and its value at the latest observation.
| Product and details | Payments into the investment | Displayed value |
|---|---|---|
| ETF | 400.00 € | 401.48 € |
| Real estate | 100.00 € | 100.00 € |
| Cryptocurrencies | 40.00 € | 34.32 € |
Payments add up the statement categories from January 2025 through 2 November 2026. The value is the snapshot from 2 November 2026. Subtracting payments from value is not always enough to measure the result: income received, costs, withholding taxes and each observation’s valuations also matter.

An account concentrated in loans
I am looking for extra income and greater financial independence. Loans represent 97.4 % of my account value. Having five products with a balance does not mean the money is evenly distributed.
The overview shows a total value of €33,321.90 and €111.22 of available cash. Some money remains invested and some is awaiting payment; the valuation does not indicate how much I could withdraw immediately.
Each product page brings together its movements. Recent positions do not yet have enough history for a long-term assessment.
