Account data and a personal opinion
I’m Javier. I’m looking for extra income and greater financial independence. My experience describes what has happened to my money; it cannot predict what someone else will obtain.
Dashboard figures, Mintos’s published definitions and my opinion have different sources. When I say loans are working very well for me and I am somewhat concerned about delays, I am giving my personal view. The accompanying amounts come from the stated observations and statements.
Which sources I use
| Information | Source |
|---|---|
| Historical movements | EUR Transaction summaries from my account: contributions, withdrawals, interest, principal, fees and withholding taxes by period. |
| Value and distribution of the account | Mintos general overview of 2 November 2026. Values may be displayed with a delay; the observation date is not necessarily the market date. |
| Loans and overdue funds | The loans dashboard and “Overdue” section, with their amounts, statuses and estimates. Earlier observations retain their dates so balances can be compared. |
| How it works and its terms | Mintos’s official Help Centre, documentation and terms, linked with their observation date in each guide. |
| Personal decisions and opinions | My account of the experience. Movements establish amounts; they do not establish my motives or opinions on their own. |
Mintos is the direct source for its dashboards and the description of its service. It is also the company offering the investment: citing its documentation is not an independent assessment of its solvency.
How I check the movements
- Period and date. The record runs from January 2025 through 2 November 2026. There are 22 closed months. The latest period is November 2026; partial periods are identified in the diary. Months through September were consulted on 7 October; full October and partial November, on 2 November.
- Original categories. I keep the statement’s names and amounts and explain which ones I add up for each indicator.
- Cash. I compare opening balance, movements and closing balance. Calculations retain the cents and check continuity between periods.
- Rounding. Categories may be rounded separately. I record the residual difference, with a limit of one cent per category and two for the balances. A larger difference stops that check; I do not adjust figures to make them match.
- Different observations. The general overview, loans dashboard and statement have their own dates and scopes. If they do not match, I retain the discrepancy and do not assign a cause without evidence.
These checks assess the consistency of the transcription; they are not an external audit of Mintos or the account.
What I calculate
Interest and costs
I add regular interest, buyback interest, late-payment interest, Smart Cash and real estate interest when present. Contributions, returned principal and rewards retain separate categories.
The subtraction does not itself include every loss, valuation change, secondary-market result or final tax amount. That is why I do not call it final profit. How to read the results explains the calculation with an example.
Cash, value and return
Cash is a balance; account value combines cash and investments. Recovering principal returns my capital. An unrealized result remains subject to valuation changes.
Calculating the result of my entire relationship with Mintos requires cash flows from the start and a consistent valuation. An annual return also requires dates and a method that accounts for time. I do not divide accumulated interest by the current balance to invent an annual rate.
The calculators use editable assumptions. Historical fee and withholding-tax proportions are a reference from my statements, not a tariff or a forecast for another account.
What remains open
- Statements before January 2025 and valuations at each month-end.
- The breakdown of secondary-market transactions and specific recovery movements by company.
- The possible overlap between late instalments, pending payments and overdue funds. I do not add these classifications as independent groups.
- Differences between cash observations in the overview and the statement, which may relate to different times and scopes.
- The date and amount of my first withdrawal test. The recent €150 withdrawal is a different movement, confirmed on 2 November; it does not identify that first test.
When a category does not appear, that only means the source has no line with that name. It does not demonstrate the absence of any related cost.
Dates and corrections
Publication date, statement period and observation date are different things. Monthly reports are retrospective. The website needs a review to incorporate new data; it does not synchronize with Mintos in real time.
8 October 2026. First publication of the methodology and outstanding discrepancies.
26 October 2026. The overview date was linked to the account observation, without adding any movements in that review.
2 November 2026. Full October, partial November and the new dashboards are incorporated. The recent €150 withdrawal and my opinion of the loans are identified as facts separate from the first withdrawal test.
Authorship and tools
I use programming and artificial intelligence to help organize information and prepare text, charts and illustrations. I check their output against the sources; I do not treat it as financial evidence. Generated illustrations and animations are not account screenshots. Narration uses synthetic ElevenLabs voices.
Original documents, credentials and private identifiers are not published. The website shows aggregate amounts and categories that make the figures traceable.
Creditplan participates in Mintos’ affiliate programme. Promotional links have been paused since 3 November 2026. Transparency explains the funding and privacy preferences. The content describes personal experience and general concepts, without a recommendation tailored to each reader.
