MY ACCOUNT / REVENUE AND COSTS

The fees I've paid
Mintos.

Some of the interest arriving in my account goes towards fees and withholding taxes. From January 2025 through 2 November 2026, the statements show €171.18 in the loan portfolio and Smart Cash fee categories.

Where I find the fees

I add “Loan portfolio fee” and “Mintos Smart Cash fee”. The latter category contributes €0.18 to the total. I do not assume these two lines cover every possible investment cost: other products and transactions have their own terms.

What remains of the interest

Historical interest totals €5,074.70. Subtracting €171.18 of identified fees and €251.23 of withholding taxes leaves 4,652.29 €.

This calculation follows payments after those two deductions. It is not the total profit: losses, valuation changes, other results and the final tax adjustment are missing. The guide to reading results explains the difference.

Why the secondary market is separate

The statement also has a “Secondary Market transaction” category. This cash flow can combine purchases, sales, principal, premiums and discounts. I do not add it as a fee or treat it as a loss without breaking down the transactions.

The fees I checked on Mintos

These are some of the rates of the Mintos official aid, consulted on 8 October 2026. These are the product terms on that date; my statement amounts reflect what was charged in each period.

Fees consulted on 8 October 2026
ServiceRate published
Core Loans and portfolios inherited from loans0.39 % per year
Custom Loans0.29 % per year from 16 May 2025
Smart Cash0.19 % per year
Sale in the secondary market0.85 % of the final selling price, after premium or discount; purchase does not have this commission

An annual management percentage is not deducted directly from each interest payment. The capital under management and how long it remains invested also matter. Before transacting, check the product’s current fee.

A comparison from my account

In January 2025, I paid €0.21 in loan portfolio fees. In September 2026, the amount was €9.82. It increased, but that comparison alone does not show a fee change: there was more capital and a different investment duration between those dates.

The record now includes the whole of October 2026. The latest period, November 2026, runs through 2 November 2026. Partial periods are compared separately from closed months. You can see both periods in the monthly table.
